Child Care Insurance

The Process

First, we do our homework

We work hard to get to know your business.  We’ve taken the time to analyze, evaluate and understand the exposures, coverage needs and financial pressures inherent to the child care industry.

Then, we build a program

We meet with you on an individual basis and listen to what the needs of your specific child care center are.  We then are able to develop a comprehensive insurance package especially designed for you, offering many options for coverages that may have been missed in the past.

And, we continue to work on an ongoing basis

Developing your insurance program is just the beginning of our partnership.  We continue to keep on top of trends and changes within your industry by attending and speaking at conferences and seminars.  As a value added service we have established our own network of professionals — resources that we make available to you in our free breakfast seminars.

This ongoing commitment assists us in responding to the issues that are important to you, your center and your industry.

Ongoing Commitment

Let us be your advocate

Our most valuable asset when it comes to working with you and your center is our staff of insurance professionals.  All of our service representatives are licensed insurance agents — who are knowledgeable and prompt when it comes to handling questions or claims.  Formal education programs in conjunction with in-house training provide you with an account team that you can confidently work with.  This becomes especially important during a claim, which may be the time you need us the most.

What being an independent agent means to you

As an agent, we do not work for an insurance company — we work for you, our client.  We work on your behalf when you have a loss and follow through to enable you to get fair and prompt payment.

All are not created equal

Not all insurance programs are created equal, so choose carefully. Ask yourself:

-- Does your program provide hard-to-find liability coverages, like abuse and molestation, childcare professional, and water activities?

-- Does your company provide risk-management advice to make your center safer?

-- Does the claims team have experience handling highly emotional claims involving children?

-- Is your company rated "A" or better by independent insurance analyst A.M. Best?
